1. Digital Products

ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products under any circumstances.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

Our print-on-demand products are custom-made upon order. As such, we adhere to the return policies of our print-on-demand partners.

2.1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. To process your request efficiently, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at products@savvyshadesofpink.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Provide Evidence: Attach clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Reprint: A replacement of the defective item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: A full refund issued to your original payment method.

2.2. Non-Defective Products

As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, including cases of buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before making a purchase.

3.2. Resolution Timeframe

We aim to resolve all reported issues within 5 business days of receiving your email and supporting documentation.

4. Shipping Policy

At Savvy Shades of Pink, we use third-party print-on-demand partners to fulfill orders. Please review the following details regarding shipping:

1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed and sent to production within 2-5 business days. Production times vary based on the product.

2. Shipping Time:

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 5-12 business days after production.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is 10-30 business days, depending on location.

3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and vary based on the product and destination.

4. Delays:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by our third-party partners, customs, or carriers.

5. Lost or Damaged Items:
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the issue.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if:

  • The claim is made after 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The issue is due to incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.
